I like the holidays not only because you can cuddle and have those lazy days in bed with tea and a badly written indie or 90s movie – but because I live in Miami and around the holidays people seem more cordial and compassionate towards each other. They let people merge without screaming at them and don’t mind if you happen to skip them in line.
