If you follow my blog, Facebook and/or Twitter, it’s pretty evident that I LOVE Bruxie! They just celebrated their One Year Anniversary for the Orange location. I’m so happy for them and their newest location just opened in Downtown Brea. It’s an awesome location with a large patio, indoor seating, restrooms (you’ll appreciate this bc the Orange location didn’t have one) and new menu items.
Hot Pastrami Bruxie – Boar’s Head Pastrami with Gruyere, Cider Slaw, Spicy Brown Mustard & Half Sour Pickles! Look at all that meat!
Carolina BBQ Pulled Pork – Slow-Roasted Pork, Cheddar Cheese, Cider Slaw and our own Bruxie BBQ Sauce. Extremely filling with juicy pork and coleslaw
Bruxie Salad – Grilled Chicken, Romaine & Arugula, Mushrooms, Sun-dried Tomatoes, Avocado, Lemon Vinaigrette & Balsamic Reduction. This is a new item on the menu and I LOVED it! This is for all you salad lovers and gluten-free people. So many fold and rich flavors. The mushrooms and undried tomatoes were an excellent addition.
Berries and Cream with fresh raspberries. Not overly sweet with just the right amount of tartness. MMMM!
This is my FAVORITE seasonal shake right now. It’s their Spiced Pumpkin Shake. I want one of these now!
I’m hungry again just looking at my own food pictures lol! If you all still haven’t tried Bruxie’s, now there are TWO locations for you to check them out. Trust me… the hype is real. Real delcious. :p
