Have no fear, Newport Beach Restaurant Week is here!
Last week I was invited to attend the Newport Beach Restaurant Week Launch Party at The Coliseum Pool & Grill in the Pelican Hill Resort. ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! The crisp evening weather, the delicious food and desserts, good company and the luxurious Coliseum pool behind us, it could not have been more of a perfect night to kick off Newport Beach Restaurant Week.
Newport Beach Restaurant Week is from Jan. 21-27. What’s so awesome about it? During that week, you can dine at some of Newport Beach’s amazing restaurants for a fraction of the price you would normally pay. That is because they will offer prix-fixe menus for lunch and dinner at set low prices.
All the chefs from the participating restaurants of Newport Beach Restaurant Week… CHEERS!
Here are some of the dishes served that night, compliments of the Coliseum Pool & Grill.
OMG the gelato was so good! Light and not overly sweet. The pistachio gelato and vanilla gelato were my favorites! What made it even cuter were the mini ice cream cones. 
Look at that magnificent pool! It was like a Mid-Summer Night’s Dream kind of pool. I am definitely coming here in the summer.
I am looking forward to dining at a few places. I still have to narrow down my list because I want to go to so many! A few on my list are: Bayside, A Restaurant, Bluefin, Chart House, and more! I can’t wait!
